Evolve ease
  • Our lives are getting easier. Modern conveniences may bring more choices, but they also allow for a more passive approach to living. 
Evolve movement
  • Our days have less movement in them. As many of us shifted from office buildings to our dining room table, we are spending more time sitting and less time moving. 
Evolve what we eat

Our diet is more convient than nourishing. With so many of us doing ‘life-on-the-go’, we are making food choices that are fast and maybe somewhat healthy but still not whole and efficient for us.

Evolve our learning

Our exercise routines are fad based. Youtube is overflowing with Do It Yourself Influencer trainers offering 15 minute workouts and 5 minute stretches (which can be helpful!), but it’s creating a reactive approach to being fit and strong, rather than a lifestyle.

Evolve our choices & patterns

We are more anxious than ever. Anxiety is the most common Mental Illness in the USA, affecting 40 million adults every year. This affects our ability to make powerful life-choices. ADHD is on the rise in the United States – 8.7 million adults have been diagnosed with ADHD with close to 6 million children age 7-18 yrs old. A common characteristic of ADHD is feeling unmotivated, overwhelmed and unclear, making healthy life-style choices a challenge.

I am a Certified Holobody Wellness Coach, Registered Massage Therapist and 10x Personal Trainer. 

 As a joy-filled personal trainer, my focus is on high-intensity, low-frequency workouts for busy professionals who want to bring more movement and strength into their life.

I brings three decades of transformative body care experience as a Registered Massage Therapist helping my clients achieve a state of balance and well-being for a more empowered life.

One on One

Private Coaching. You and I will work together, step by step, at your pace to see you evolve your well-being.

Private Groups

This is my hybrid model, combining my schedule of live online classes, with elements of the self-guided program, allowing you to move at your own pace, while feeling supported.

Self-Guided Programs

These are my online programs which are available to you path by path, module by module. Each program is designed for you to be able to work evolve in a self-guided way.

How Does The Program Work?

Learning Content is shared weekly with a link direct to your inbox.

Each Module will take approx. 60-90 minutes / week and each video is between 6-12 minutes long, allowing you to learn at your own pace and practice in bite-sized pieces. 

Path 1 and 2 attendees are invited to join in LIVE weekly for Jennifer’s online studio session and/or workshop.

 All classes are offered via zoom with a pre-recorded session available for those who are unable to attend. 

 *Path 1 attendees will receive a personalized one on one coaching plan to accompany the live classes and learning content.
