About Me
I have always felt a calling to do more to help people.
I’ve been a fitness enthusiast since I arrived in the world, with an exuberant passion for health and wellness. Over the years I’ve explored all kinds of fitness practices and body work like yoga, pilates, gyrotonics, deep tissue rolfing, and more. I have tried and followed multiple nutrition plans with a keen commitment to biohacking for longevity and quality of life.
In 2020, as the world paused, I did too. In that transition I found the Holobody system and my work as a wellness coach began.


Discipline and Self-Love
At five years old I discovered ballet and with each practice as I grew up, I fell in love with the beautiful discipline of the form. These formative years in ballet gave me the payoff of dedication and opened up a sense of direction for my life. I’ve been celebrating what bodies can do for decades.
The discipline of ballet did come with some struggles too. As a young person I healed my way through an eating disorder and I share that with you because I know what it feels like to have my self-worth be dependent on how I look, how I perform and what needing control feels like. I’ve been at the cross-roads of discipline and self-love before.
I want you to experience Living Well through a discipline of self-love.
I Wanted to Be a Nurse
When I was choosing my career path, I once thought I would become a nurse. I always enjoyed making people feel better. I value a life of positive effort, self-awareness and contribution, but for a long time, where I excelled in discipline, I lacked confidence. While I didn’t follow my desire to become a nurse, I instead followed my journey of contribution by going to university to become a school teacher.
I love teaching, and I’m proud of the programs I have created for people like you who want to learn how to work with their body to be strong, flexible and responsive. While I may not have become a nurse, I did become a massage therapist, and now a health and wellness coach, and I have the privilege of walking with you on your Live Well journey.


Where I am Now
After thirty years as a massage therapist, having raised two children, grown a successful business in the Puget Sound area and saying yes to a new chapter of my life, I find myself wanting to use my heart and mind more than my body to support people.
I’m a highly intuitive person who enjoys coaching clients, releasing limiting beliefs about their worth, strength and possibility. I cherish the long-term relationships I’ve built with clients over nearly three decades, and the stories they’ve shared with me.
It’s an honor to walk beside clients as they discover and implement a life-plan that is about living well, mentally, physically and more.

I’m a Holobody Coach
In 2020 I began my journey from massage therapist to Holobody Coach and the program is everything I’ve ever wanted to offer to my clients. At the core of Holobody Coaching is the idea that Living Well means more than just physical fitness. It’s about the interconnectedness of your mind, body, and spirit, and this approach aligns perfectly with the lived experience of the last thirty years of my career.
As a holobody coach I get to offer a unique blend of nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and mindset techniques to empower you to Live Well, achieve and sustain your health goals for life.

I’m a 10X Fitness Trainer
I often ask my clients “Why would you want to miss an opportunity like this… to be in your body?”
I am passionate about this adventure called life. I don’t want to miss a thing and I don’t want you to either.
For me, the 10X Fitness program is more than a workout, and my role is so much more than as your trainer.
I’m here to:
